HealthPartners was challenged with helping consumers understand the effects of big changes to Medicare plans in Minnesota.
We partnered with Paul Douglas of WCCO to produce a series of eight vignettes that address the health plan shakeup. The strategy was to acknowledge consumer questions through a weekly Medicare forecast segment. I carefully styled each to begin with a purple question mark in his environment to unify all spots and symbolize the questions popping up around Minnesota.
